Daiwa 21 Caldia LT

Two of Daiwa’s most innovative technologies come together to give life to something revolutionary: the new Caldia is the first reel equipped with a MONOCOQUE BODY body entirely built in ZAION V, the brand new super-composite based on carbon fiber, exclusive to Daiwa.
This results in an extremely more compact, light and at the same time incredibly reactive and resistant product.

The monocoque body not only guarantees superior mechanical performance, but also greater isolation of the internal mechanics from external agents. In the Caldia this protection is further ensured by Magsealed technology, based on a special membrane of magnetized oil.

The innovative materials processing technologies are also reflected in the aesthetics, allowing for essential yet sinuous lines: the design of the new Caldia is a masterpiece of stylistic balance.
