With these general conditions of sale, Bass-Stop sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.bass-stop.it. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by accessing the CUSTOMER at www.bass-stop.it and making a purchase order according to the procedure provided for on the site itself.
The sale will be considered concluded with Bass-Stop sending an order confirmation e-mail. The email contains the CUSTOMER and order details, the price of the purchased goods, the transport and accessory costs and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Bass-Stop undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may be highlighted. Furthermore, the photographs of the products do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative.
The availability of the products refers to that present at the time when the CUSTOMER consults the product data sheets; this must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to others before the order confirmation.
Even following the sending of the order confirmation e-mail by Bass-Stop, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, the CUSTOMER will be promptly informed and can decide whether to accept the delivery of the only products available or request the cancellation of the order by communicating it by e-mail to customer service.
Each payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made by one of the methods indicated on the website www.bass-stop.it. For payments made by credit card, if the unavailability of a product is detected after registering the order and booking the amount on the card, Bass-Stop will take the necessary measures with the payment operator to cancel the transaction. relating to goods not available.
The communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the CUSTOMER when this is done take place on special protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided for by the payment circuits.
All the selling prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.bass-stop.it are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process before making the payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 10 days established by law, starting from the date of delivery of the products.
If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, the communication of the withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to the Bass-Stop customer service using the form that can be requested from our customer service. The goods must be sent back to Bass-Stop via Da Palestrina 34, 41122 Modena (MO). By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the CUSTOMER. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Bass-Stop will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal in the shortest possible time and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days.
In case of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or are defective, the CUSTOMER must notify the customer service via e-mail within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In the e-mail it will be necessary to specify if you want to replace the item or if you want to have a refund.
The replacement can only take place with the same model, color, and size of the one / s returned. Bass-Stop reserves the right to verify the disputed non-compliance and in case of confirmation will ship the replacement goods or refund with credit on the card used by the customer for the purchase. According to DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU Bass-Stop will refund the total and original amount of the order including any shipping costs. According to the same European directive, the cost of returning the product is charged to the customer.
All the products presented on the website www.bass-stop.it benefit from a contractual guarantee, the duration of which is mentioned on the product data sheets of the articles and in any case of the legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, in accordance with current legislation. To take advantage of the warranty assistance, the CUSTOMER must keep the receipt that he will receive via e-mail when the order is sent.
Bass-Stop does not assume any responsibility for disservices attributable due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they depend on malfunctions and disservices of the internet, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the time foreseen by the contract.
The availability of each item is only indicative, it is not contractual and no responsibility can be attributed to the seller in case of unavailability of one or more products.
The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, in particular commercial, of the site or its content is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether sound or visual, and the relative technology used remain the property of Bass-Stop and are protected by intellectual property rights.
These General Conditions of Sale are made up of all the clauses that make them up. If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale is considered invalid or declared such in accordance with the law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and efficacy.
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.
