The unique Zaion MQ body allows not only to make Luvias lighter, but also to improve the strength and size of the drivetrain, making the reel itself totally impermeable from salt water.
The carbon construction of Zaion also offers an incredible lightness, and a constant stiffness lasting over time.
The use of the Zaion MQ has allowed the design and construction of small reels.
The new main gear is 7% larger (32 mm) than the old model (29.9 mm), improving its resistance; it also reduces the inertia of the winding, creating a more fluid and effortless rotation.
The result is an impeccable, long-lasting smoothness.
